What size is the Magic Mesh Deluxe? 

The Magic Mesh is 83 inches height x 39 inches width.

What type of doorways can the Magic Mesh be used with? 

The Magic Mesh can be used with single doors and Sliding doors.  Keep in mind for sliding doors, attach the screen to the OUTSIDE of the door frame and to the STATIONARY DOOR. Removing the sliding screen door may be required if your doorway opening is less than 91.4 cm (36 inches). 

Can the loops and strips (velcro) be used in conjunction with the wood tacks? 

It is recommended to further secure the screen using the included wood tacks. Insert tack through each hook & loop strip, and be sure to only use them on wood frames or molding. Do not use the wood tacks on any surface other than wood. PLEASE NOTE: THE WOOD TACKS LEAVE PUNCTURE HOLES.  

Can the Magic Mesh be cleaned? 

Yes, do not use any harsh abrasive cleaners on this product. Wipe off the mesh with a damp, lukewarm cloth. For stubborn dirt, you can spot clean with a small amount of soap and a cloth. Allow the mesh to air-dry. Do not put in a dryer. Do not dry clean. 

Can the wood tacks be used on other frames made of material other than wood? 

No, do not attempt to attach the wood tacks to glass, vinyl, or aluminum siding or to the door/door frame. They should only be used for wooden frames or walls.

We want you to be cool as quickly as possible. Thus, orders are processed as quickly as possible and leave our warehouse in 3-5 business days of receipt. Processing time does not include weekend days or holidays. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed the following Monday.

When will my account be charged?

All MISSION.com orders are charged when your order is placed so that your product can ship without delay once it is processed.

How long will it take for a refund to reflect on my payment method?

Once the return is processed, please allow up to 3-5 business days for your refund to apply to your payment method – timing can vary depending upon your banking institution

Will I be charged tax?

Sales tax is collected in select states as required by law.

You can check your order status at any time at www.customerstatus.com and you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link once your order has shipped. If your order is processing, we are working on it and will ship it as quickly as we can.

How will my order be shipped?

Our standard shipping method is USPS First Class & Priority Mail.

Do you offer international shipping?

We currently ship to the US, Canada (with the exception of Quebec), Guam, Puerto Rico and the US Virgin Islands. Please note a $10 surcharge will apply to non-continental US orders. Additional import duties or taxes may apply, please check with your local agency for more information.

How do I return my order?

If you’re unsatisfied with the product for any reason you can return by obtaining a Return Authorization # (RA#). Please call us at 1-800-359-3170 and we will be happy to help. (All unauthorized or hand delivered returns will not be accepted.)

Do you offer a money back guarantee?

At MISSION, we stand behind our products with a 100% customer satisfaction guarantee. If, for any reason at all, you are not satisfied with the product, you can return all full-priced items within 30 days of receipt of purchase for a full refund (excluding processing & handling). All sale and discounted items are considered final sale. Postage costs you incur to return an item are non-refundable.

What are the differences between each type of towel?
Our towels are 10”x33” for the normal size and 8”x30” for on-the-go sizes.

What are the differences between each type of gaiter?
Full Size is 10” x 21” and made from lightweight, breathable fabric and has elastic in both ends for a secure fit.

Our Compact Size is 9” x 10” and made from the same lightweight, breathable fabric and is slightly smaller which is perfect for active cooling.

The Cooling Youth Gaiters are 7.5” x 8” and are designed for children 5 and up (use under direct adult supervision).

How do I activate the cooling technology in my towels and gaiters?
It’s as easy as wet them, wring out the access water, and snap! Wet, Wring, Snap!

How should I store my Mission Cooling Products?
You can store your products anywhere dry. If your product is wet, hang or store in an open place until dry then store it.

How should I wash and care for my products?
Machine wash cold with like colors. Do not use bleach or softeners. Tumble dry low. Do not iron.
