What size is the Magic Mesh Double door? 

The Magic Mesh Double Door is 75 inches Width X 83 inches Height. If required, cut the Magic Mesh to size. Cut on the outer edge of the vertical cut seam, enabling the Magic Mesh to be used with 36, 34, 32, 30-inch doors. 

What type of doorways can the Magic Mesh be used with? 

The Magic Mesh Double Door can be used with most French and double doors depending on the size. 

Can the loops and strips (Velcro) be used in conjunction with the wood tacks? 

It is recommended to further secure the screen using the included wood tacks. Insert tack through each hook & loop strip, and be sure to only use them on wood frames or molding. Do not use the wood tacks on any surface other than wood. PLEASE NOTE: THE WOOD TACKS LEAVE PUNCTURE HOLES. 

Can the Magic Mesh Double be cleaned? 

Yes, do not use any harsh abrasive cleaners on this product. Wipe off the mesh with a damp, lukewarm cloth. For stubborn dirt, you can spot clean with a small amount of soap and a cloth. Allow the mesh to air-dry. Do not put in a dryer. Do not dry clean. 

Can the wood tacks be used on other frames made of material other than wood? 

No, do not attempt to attach the wood tacks to glass, vinyl, or aluminum siding or to the door/door frame. They should only be used for wooden frames or walls. 

Which side of the doorway should the Magic Mesh Double be installed? 

If your door opens IN, install on the OUTSIDE of the door frame. If your door opens OUT, install on the INSIDE of the door frame.

The Magic Mesh Garage door is 109 inches Width X 84.5 inches height. If required, cut the Magic Mesh to size. Cut on the outer edge of the vertical cut seam, enabling the Magic Mesh to be used with 8 and 9 foot doors. 

What type of doorways can the Magic Mesh Garage be used with? 

The Magic Mesh Garage can be used with most single garage doors depending on the size.

Magic Mesh Garage can be installed on the inside or outside of the garage door as long garage door tracks do not interfere with the installation. What do I fill the pouches with on the magic mesh garage version. The customers can place a brick or rocks in the pouch  - this would be the simplest method.  Gravel/Sand are also acceptable to use

What should I use to cut the excess mesh? 

Sharp scissors are preferred for a controlled clean cut.

What should I do if I am having difficulty installing the white molding strip? 

Bend the molding strip upward to form a U shape. This technique will help open the teeth on the molding strip for easy application. 

What can I do if I already have a screen on my window but its damaged? 

If your window screen is damaged, you can repair it by installing this product over your existing screen frame. Trim off the damaged screen and follow the same instructions above to repair it. 

Can I apply this product to a window with a turn handle on the window frame? 

Any frame with obstructions for the magnet tape will cause issues with installation. Please make sure to install this product on frames with four front facing sides.

I haven’t used my Magic mesh Zapper in a long time. Should I use it right anyways?

If the product was not used for more than 3 months, recharge to full power before use. 

Why won’t my device power on? 

The product contains a built-in low voltage protection feature. When battery capacity reaches 25% the product will conserve power and will not turn on. At this time, please recharge the product to full power.

What do the blue light do on my device? 

When the zapper has the blue lights on, it means that it’s in the hands-free mode (mode 2 on the switch). The blue lights are UV and attract the bugs towards itself. 

Why won’t my zapper work in the handheld mode?

You must press and hold the high voltage button for the zapper to turn on. Once on, the red high voltage light will be lit. The feature will turn off after the button is released.

How do I assemble the Magic Mesh Portable Pod?

You will need at-least 6-7 feet of clearance. Release the elastic strap to prepare your Magic Mesh Portable Pod to open. Your pod will automatically pop open.

Where can I use the Magic Mesh Portable Pod screen shelter? 

Use this product on soft, nonabrasive surfaces such as grass or dirt. If using the product on concrete, do not unpack on concrete floor as fabric might be damaged by abrasion.

What do I do if there are gaps on the bottom of my mesh? 

If gaps are present, peel back the hook and loop strap and re-adjust to create tension on the pod. The tension will help mitigate the gap in the mesh.

What do I do after I am done using the Magic Mesh Portable Pod screen shelter? 

Store in a clean, dry place when not in use. DO NOT FORCE THE FOLD. THE FOLDING TECHNIQUE WILL TAKE A LITTLE PRACTICE, BUT IT WILL FOLD BACK DOWN TO ITS ORIGINAL CIRCULAR SHAPE.

What do I need to power on this device? 

This item requires 2 AA batteries or optional portable power pack. Unscrew the battery compartment with the included screwdriver, place batteries in and turn the power switch on. 

How do I clean my Magic Mesh Repellent fan? 

Wipe with a damp towel using warm water. Do not submerge in water. 

Where can I use this device? 

You can use this device wherever applicable. Use it at barbecues, picnics or wherever you would like to repel bugs.

The white light on the power button represents that both nightlight and repellent are active. The green light represents that only nightlight is working.

This product is for household use only and should only be used indoors.

Can I place this product behind my couch? 

For optimal results, do not cover or obstruct the device.

How do I clean the device? 

Spot clean only with a damp cloth. 

Can I plug the device into a power strip? 

Do not use this item on any extension cords and or power strips. Plug Device into wall outlet where the device is well ventilated and cannot be in contact with any fabrics such as curtains.

Where can I use the Magic Mesh Hanging Insect Trap? 

Hang it anywhere where you have the insect problem with the provided support hook. Maintain an adequate distance from heat sources such as fire pits, campfires, stove tops, ovens, or BBQ grills.

How do I clean this product?

What bait should I use? 

Add 1/4 cup of brown sugar to 1 cup of boiling water. Mix thoroughly until the sugar is dissolved completely. Allow the mixture to cool until you can comfortably stick your finger into the mixture. Once the sugar is comfortably cool, gently mix in the yeast.

How do I charge my device? 

Remove the silicone band to expose the micro-USB port, Plug in the supplied charging wire and charge for 90 minutes.

Does my clock reset if the battery gets depleted? 

Yes, if the battery is completely depleted, the clock will need to be reset. 

How does the repellent feature work? 

There are 3 repellent features on this product. Please refer to the instruction manual for details on the features and how to set the device up for each feature. 

Is this product waterproof?

The watch is not waterproof and cannot be submerged in water. Spot clean device only.
